Our code for teamwork:

• Listening – create an environment that encourages people to freely express their ideas and build on these.
• Open Dialogue – talk through all ideas until the team has a common understanding.
• Questioning – have the courage to ask questions (especially the obvious) to allow the team to reflect on its core objectives.
• Persuading – individuals are encouraged to exchange, defend, and then to ultimately rethink their ideas.
• Respecting – treat others with respect and to support the value and difference they represent.
• Participating – all members of the team are encouraged to participate in the team at all times.
• Communication – constant and consistent use of effective communication between one another focused on the goals.

Knowledge is the value of continuous learning. Every Associate in the ta. Making Great Leaders program commits 20 days per year to advancing their knowledge of leadership and the current issues corporate managers face daily.
