Q: Why is leadership development so important?

A: The majority of managers don't understand what it means to be a leader.

mgl has developed a process that guides Middle Managers through a leadership investigation and allows them to build skills, knowledge, learn tools and techniques that changes the return they get from the time they spend in the office. This results in productivity gains.

 Scary statistics

  • Only 48% of managers surveyed believed that they need to inspire
  • Only 46% believed it was their responsibility to provide direction during this crisis.
  • More troubling, only 30% of managers felt that they needed to motivate their employees......
  • The need for accountability ranked low too, just 23% for crisis and only 18% post-crisis
  • Innovation also ranked low, just 33% believed it was necessary now,
  • but some 46% did believe it was necessary post-crisis

We have the tools to change these numbers

Johan Titsing, Head of Credit Management has been through the programme and has said that:-

The MGL Process has longevity value, It leaves great tools behind for future years use. The entire Process was tough but at the same time FUN and UPLIFTING. People from all backgrounds melted together in high performing teams and competed against other teams; the philosophy of the material and the way it is executed and learned is exceptional. I have never rated a training course like this so strongly as it has really changed me for the better”

Johan Titsing, Head of Credit Management, Amsterdam
