Michael comes to Taylor Associates with 12 year track record in business, the last 8 years in leadership development and coaching. Born in Canada, he grew up in the north west of Ireland. He graduated from University with a degree in Business & Tourism Management. He returned to Toronto, Canada with the Northern Ireland Tourist Board and worked for Holiday Inn Hotels targeting the corporate sectors in North America and the UK. Much of Michael’s 1st experience was marketing. Living away from home working for corporates provides the vital touchpoints needed to develop empathy with those corporate managers that Mike coaches today.

With 25 years experience in the field of International Marketing, Sales Management and Soft-Skills Development, Tim Taylor has taken his vision and leadership expertise to help establish himself as a serial entrepreneur. Tim believes passionately in galvanizing real business experience with academic underpinning as a way to develop critical new thinking. As a recent Harvard OPM33 graduate he advocates that all senior managers take extended periods of time-out to work with a peer group and other brilliant minds to shape their personal vision of business and leadership.

Lynne spent more than 20 years in business management before turning her attention to Occupational Psychology. Her particular area of interest is well-being in the workplace. Specifically her focus is on interventions for stress and common mental health problems that can create problems for employees and employers alike. Using CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) principles, Lynne delivers individually focused brief therapy (approximately 8 sessions) in line with current research and best practice (BOHFR, 2005).
