The key difference between our programme and others out there is the ongoing support that you will receive from Making Great Leaders; at the end of the 3 day leadership workshop that introduces the tools you will use to change your focus, you are assigned a coach.  Your coach will help you solve leadership problems by challenging your assumptions, providing honest feedback and asking questions that provoke you to do things differently.

The graduation process for Making Great Leaders is an opportunity to share your leadership experinces with your fellow participants. The presentations are designed to recognise the benefits to both you and your organisation and reward you for making he personal commitment to leadership.
