Tim Taylor
Tim Taylor is the creator of Thomson Reutersʼ
"Advanced Management Program" (AMP), and the
Managing Director of Making Great Leaders Ltd. an
internationally experienced niche consultancy
dedicated to helping managers of managers (MoMʼs)
develop a new perspective on leadership and
providing them with the tools to change.
Mike Eakin has been a facilitator & coach on the
Advanced Managament Programme (AMP) since its
inception in 2006. Over the last 10 years Mike has
worked with over 400 Managers of Managerʼs (MoMʼs)
in Thomson Reuters, Caterpillar and Hewlett Packard.
providing them with the tools to change.
Lyle English has been working with Making Great
Leaders (mgl) for 7 years. In this time he has worked
with over 300 Managers of Managerʼs and over 200
graduate managers. Originally from South Africa, he
honed his management and leadership skills in the
banking sector before making the move into
facilitation and coaching. Lyle is extremely dedicated to helping managers change, and for all he does he has been recognised by the Princeʼs Trust in the UK.
Deborah Price
Deborah, a Barrister by profession is a highly valued
member of the team at Making Great Leaders . She
contributed to success of programs in Europe,
EMEA, United States and India. She has also been
engaged in a number of change and leadership
projects for a broad spectrum of clients and is the
2011 President of the UK chapter of the International
Coach Federation.
Mervin Hew
Mervin has over 19 years experience in training and
consultancy. His forte is in the area of Leadership
Development, productivity, creativity and innovation.
His passion led his decsion to become a facilitator for
leadership development programmes.
