Leaders create and actualise

Great leaders appeal to common themes that unite the majority of people

Leaders create and actualise

Leaders create ideas that unify the majority of stakeholders.  This often takes the form of a

narrative, interwoven stories that help others visualize the future as they see it. Vision is the

beginning.  A vision describes the future, its logical and compelling. Even wacky ideas such

as the internet can be described with compelling logic. Values construct the place and

culture that allows people to act in support of the vision and make decisions that support the

vision without having to go back to the leader each time.  Strategy, plural or singular, is

how the leader educates their team about risk, teamwork and the acceptability of tactics

and actions.
